CMS Releases ICD-10 Clinical Documentation and Coding WebcastThe Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a new webcast with information on clinical documentation and coding from the “Road to 10” tool, which was designed to help small physician practices transition to ICD-10. Accessible through the “Road to 10” link on the CMS website, the webcast discusses how transitioning to ICD-10 will impact documentation and coding in small physician practices. This is the third webcast in the new “Road to 10” series.
